Guest Travel and Expense

Manage travel and expenses for guests, candidates, and other non-employees, all built around your event. One event record drives booking, payment, budget, and reminders automatically.

Manage your event in three steps

From setup to post-event reporting, every event follows the same three stages.

1

Create an event

Set the event details, timeline, travel policy, and payment method.

2

Manage your guests

Add guests, send their RSVP link, and track their attendance and booking status in Guest Hub.

3

Track and monitor your event

Use Event Dashboard to see attendance, profile completion, and booking progress at a glance.

Key benefits

One event record removes the manual work from guest travel and expense.

Automated expense coding

The event name is set as the default purpose for all expenses, and expenses are categorized automatically.

Proactive deadline management

Setup reminders, booking alerts, and post-event follow-ups go out automatically by email and SMS.

Reduced administrative overhead

One event record replaces manual tracking across separate spreadsheets and travel reports.

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Your customer success team is just an email away.

Who is a "guest" on this platform?

Anyone traveling or spending on your event who isn't an employee of your company, such as candidates, contractors, interns, HCPs, or VIPs.

How do guests pay?

You choose the payment method per event: an individual virtual Card per guest, a central Business Travel Account or lodged card, or out-of-pocket reimbursement.

What's the difference between Event Dashboard and Guest Hub?

Event Dashboard is the summary you land on for an event. Guest Hub is where you go from there for per-guest detail, filtering, and export.

Do guests need to create an account?

Guests are invited into the event directly, so they don't need a prior account to RSVP. They will need to complete their profile before booking or using a virtual Card.
